These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FuelScan.eu website, mobile views, APIs and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Who we are

FuelScan.eu is an independent, advertising-supported price-comparison service. We are not affiliated with any fuel retailer, government agency or data provider listed on the Service.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions without written permission, circumvent rate limits, violate the terms of any upstream data provider, or use the Service unlawfully.

3. Pricing data — no warranty

All fuel prices, station locations and opening hours are sourced from third parties and provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Always confirm the price on the station's totem before refuelling.

4. Calculator results are estimates

Calculators produce estimates based on simplified assumptions (constant consumption, straight-line distances, etc.). Treat output as guidance, not financial advice.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by Google AdSense and other ad networks. Ads may be personalised based on cookies you have consented to. See our Privacy policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

The FuelScan.eu name, logo and original editorial content are © FuelScan.eu. Pricing data remains the property of its respective providers (e.g. Tankerkönig data is redistributed under CC BY 4.0).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelScan.eu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to €100.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amsterdam.
